We had corn tortillas, eggs, beans and hamburger for breakfast.
We had caramilzed beef and cilantro rice for lunch. We are so lucky that Windy Hill brought us lunches when we were so far away. St Joseph provided us with lots of yummy fruit and water and cokes.
Today went great! David helped say mass and his homily talked about how we are the 13th disciple. He handed out mirrors so they could see 'the 13th disciple' and the kids were full of smiles.
Tonight we had lasagna, salad and toasted bread...
