Sun evening

After a good night's sleep we had a wonderful breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, beans and sweet bread. They feed us so well here!

Went to 9:30 mass at Sacred Hearts in San Ignacio... awesome to go there each year and see so many familiar faces. Mr. Chun who is the sacristan and Fr. Ben is the parish priest. David did the homily talking about the holy trinity and how we are always welcomed to their table.

After church we stopped at the seminary (our drivers thought we said cemetery so  we had a bit of a detour 🙂) to pick up some tools we keep stored there. Shout out to last year's maintenance group for the amazing paint job!!!! Looks great!

Came back for BBQ chicken, homemade tortillas, Cole slaw and baked beans. Then our  group of 20 got down to business prepping for the week. It was truly an incredible experience to watch. We each had tasks and worked together to get them done.

Then most people went swimming (in the rain), but our cabin fell asleep. Beautiful to have such a relaxing afternoon.  We have 'jerk chicken' on the menu for dinner. David and Pat planned a session for this evening. I am looking forward to it!!!

Here's some pics from today and yesterday.
